1. The Service

Think Success provides a mindset and visualization tool combining images, affirmations, and music to support personal development. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately via the contact form if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, audio files, affirmations). By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. You confirm that your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party, and does not contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Think Success shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

9. Photosensitivity

The slideshow feature uses rapidly changing images. You use it at your own risk. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or any condition affected by flashing images, use only the slow speed settings or avoid the slideshow entirely.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
